You may return your order within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in resellable condition, free from damage, stains, or signs of use.

  • Any promotional items included (e.g. gifts, samples) must also be returned.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return fees vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel and typically range between £5 and £30.

  • By placing an order, you confirm your agreement with this return shipping policy.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us, and you will receive a full refund or replacement.
