5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

United Kingdom: 5 to 15 working days
(Delays may occur during public holidays or peak periods.)
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
6. Customs and Duties
UK orders include VAT. If ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties or customs charges. GlanzShop is not liable for these fees.
7. Returns & Refunds
You may return items within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Return fees range from £5 to £30, depending on parcel weight and size.

By placing an order, you agree to these return conditions.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

Opening false or unjustified PayPal disputes or chargebacks without prior contact may result in your account being blocked and legal action being taken. By ordering, you agree to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issue before involving third parties.
